Every time I try and start these games I get a direct play error saying I need to have direct play installed. I try andinstall direct from the game as well as manually in the legacy features area and it tries to install and then stops with an error saying not all the features can be installed. I have read about this loads, I have contacted the game maker who tells me it isa windows 10 issue. I have tried doing this with my avast turned off as well as windows defender! I am sick of trying and reading and am ready to toss in the towel on windows all together, all I want is to play these games and I am so sick of the red tapeand wild goose chase! Can we get to the fix please? How can I fix this?
