Its been more than one month they picked up my laptop for repairing and whenever i call they give excuses and ask for more time. Finally they agreed that they couldn't repair it, i asked them to deliver if you cant repair. Still following up everyday but laptop is still with them.

Saying today ll be delivered, tomorrow will be delivered and so on.They cant be trusted.Parts rate are also high. Posting this review after using the keyboard they replaced of my laptop for few months. The keyboard is of extreme poor quality. I cannot even type a single sentence without missing characters. I have to bang on the keyboard so hard to get things typed.

They charged me 1700 for this pathetic keyboard. I hate it every single time I type on it.

They told me I will get used to this type, but it's been more than 3 months now and still I miss characters.
